Final Scene; The scarecrow man represents death, he rings the bells in a warning of the events soon to come to the humans that lie below. Any breathing thing in his wake is swallowed by flames, the flames represents hellfire and their soon arrival to hell. The bathroom full of dead bodies represent the need of cleaning away our sins. Finally, the red duck represents the devil, it blowing up represents Satan being unsatisfied with the amount of sinners being dragged down to hell. He kills death, forcing death to be stuck on the earth until he brings another sacrifice for him to devour.
