At the state this game is in right now, personally I would say no to buying it.
I have encountered countless glitches that made me straight up rage quit.
Including:

• Game not registering turns and/or messing up my turn
  
• Nearing the end of boss fights, the game breaks and I have to restart the entire fight
  
• Uplay not working right
  
  This game is HORRIBLY optimized
  I am running a gtx 960m with an i7 6700k (which is a last gen, low-end laptop) at roughly 15 fps on medium (default) settings!! This is not acceptable for a mostly 2D game. (Keep in mind I can run GTA V at very high settings 60 fps, and high settings 50 fps on Rainbow 6 Siege, both games are well optimized)
  
  But don't get me wrong, this game is really fun. It is very similar to the Stick of Truth, with some added gameplay elements. The humor is about on par as the Stick of Truth too, but what really does it for me is how much they included a lot of old characters and nostalgic elements in to the game, making it pretty enjoyable, more so than the stick of truth.
  
  My verdict: If you have been waiting for this game for a while now and really want to buy it, go ahead, but be warned, the bugs are very irritating and you need a decent gaming computer to run it. If you are sorta looking at this game and are on the fence about it, save yourself the rage and wait a little while until some of these bugs are fixed.

This game is so awesome. I have spent countless hours simulating accidents, trying to actually drive good, downloading mods and putting the wind speed to 250 m/s and crashing cars (highly recommended). Although everything is not 100% realistic, it gets pretty darn close. The only thing that would make this game the best ever would be MULTIPLAYER! It would be so cool to play this game with other people and to share the awesomeness.
