The campaign starts of dropping you in what feels like the post credits scene of a movie with several major events and character deaths happening off screen and only being mention. The multiplayer is free and we were promised a live service game with active updates and amazing armor customization but that not what we got. The first few months in and updates have been slow with less than minimal communication from 343.

Great game, I've had id since right about when it became purchasable on steam. Always a blast and new content keeps rolling out.
I absolutely recommend it.

Great game, after over 10 years the community is still going strong. I can definitely see another 10 years for TF2.
