HD2 is a fantastic game. However, with the increasing game stability issues with some worse cases hard locking a pc, I don't feel safe playing this game.

Other than that, the warstrider is awful to play against. Remove the grenades and stop ragdolling us.

This game is an absolute mess, I have no will to play 2.0 since they keep removing mechanics and never adding new content. This game is not 45$, it's worth 15- no 10$.

Never have I seen a dev team so volatile against fun and consistency.
Players making bunkers for bloodmoons for killchambers: Devs made Zombies able to dig.
Players use the helicopter to avoid bloodmoons: Devs add an undead bird because ♥♥♥♥ you, you're playing the game wrong.
Devs removed glass bottles, added the due collector to collect water, made the collector make heat that attracts zombies.
Just some of the things I've seen over the game's lifespan.

The leveling system is slow and awful, the books should have never tied to progression in the first place and only served as padding.

Awful change, after awful change, after awful change with little content added if not rushed. Do not buy this trash fire of a game or it's dlc. The devs know what the community wants and refuses to listen because ♥♥♥♥ you, you're playing the game wrong.

I'd rather play the first few builds of the game than whatever the hell this game became...

Edit: Although this has been remedied, I simply cannot change the review. Only because I don't think it's deserved as the game feels like a shell of it's former self. This game needs a reboot in source 2.

As much as I love this game, it has been ridden with bots for 5 years. Valve have done barely anything to remedy the issue.

This mod just ain't it. This is the Hunt The Freeman of Portal 2 but worse.

There are some good ideas but never something to make me call it a game than just a mod.

The paint ball gimmick wasn't that bad, but the fact that there was a need to have a S K I P button says a lot about it.
Then there's the portal equivalence of the grav gun, it was not fun to use. Mainly the fact that it's not locked with the camera like I don't know, the dam portal gun? So it turns left and right when you strafe in those directions. Then there's the time you needed to get a cube out of this tall enclosed box with a small opening at the top... I swear I had been setting there trying to get it out for a solid 30 min. Now, the other two "guns" have the same problem but it's not that horrible. Other than the fizzler gun turret room, that was not fun either...

Otherwise, most of the maps were mediocre and confusing when outside of the testing rooms.

Don't like the AI voices and the real ones are mediocre at best.

Story, it's just not good just like the rest of the game. This should be moved to gamebanana or something, not Steam.

Edit: Only one spot I had to use noclip and including that one there's only 4 areas in the game I hate with a passion. :)

For what it was back then It still is good to this day.
As someone played this game for the first time, It feels amazing.

I once played this in 2.0 I think and now I fell in love with it more!
Comparing the last versions and what we have now its better than before! (also thank you for cross bows they help new players/players that are coming back to the game.)
