Things I hate about TF2:
Campers: I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate campers, as does everyone unless they're the ones doing it. Purely out of principle, I refuse all-out to go anywhere close to an enemy spawn unless I'm a spy, in which case it's acceptable.

Girl Gamers: There is nothing as disturbing to me as other chick gamers who feel they have to advertise that they are girl gamers. I will never join the GGG so stop asking me, and saying ♥♥♥♥ like omglawlihavebewbs is stupid as ♥♥♥♥ and gives the rest of us a bad name by making us sound like idiots.

Spy/Sniper Overload: Uuuuuugh, this is a bad one. No matter what server, what country that server is in, pub or private, there is ALWAYS an influx of snipers and spies. Now, I prefer sniper myself, however, if there are already 2 snipers, I'll be something else. Or, if I start off as the only one, and three more come on, I'll be courteous and change class so as not to make our team suck. Other people do not seem to have this nice guy instinct and so more often than not, we lose because of them. I hate that and immediately hop servers.
