It was online, just only with my friends. I remember us playing an unfair or at least very difficult modded map with them when it happened, which is why i did it in the first place.

You cant get vac-banned from a private lobby.
There is no rule in Valve (Especially in L4D2 tos) about this, tho you can get banned in other online or official server vac.
