This game has the worst optimisation on earth, it's so bad that it doesn't even use 100% of either my GPU or my CPU, and other people have the same problem.

Seriously, 80fps on a 2080 ti? come on.

upgraded to a ryzen 7700 and a radeon 7900 xtx anddd stuck on 60% usage on both.... I can run battlefield 6 at hundereds of frames on ultra but not this.
