The SINGLE most F2P Yu-Gi-Oh! Online TO DATE!

I've been waiting for this game since it was rumored in 2019. I have been hopeful, despite what Yu-Gi-Oh! Online and Duel Arena were. I was hopefully despite how much money you need to sink into Duel Links. I am SO HAPPY, that Konami took a moment to sit back and realize they can keep people if they don't pressure hundreds and thousands of dollars out of them!.

In my first day I built 3, full fledged, staples included, decks. For free, for just my time. I'm sure that it'll get harder as they go through the years but I am so very happy that they have taken a page out of other card books and tried it for themselves. This is everything I've hoped for in a Yu-Gi-Oh! game!

The only thing I want is a casual quick play option. Ranked isn't for everyone, I personally enjoy it, but those fun decks need another option to play in thats not just a very odd Duel Room.

(NO SPOILERS!)

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely relieved I am that this game exceeded all my expectations. As someone who enjoyed RE7, but did NOT classified it as a main title Resident Evil game, I am blown away with what they took from 7 and turned into a full fledged, truly Resident Evil feeling game. This game is not only Beautiful in Graphics, Story Telling, and emotion itself, but its a clear step forward in the RE series that deserves every ounce of praise it gets.

- It feels like a mix of all the best aspects from RE4, 5, 6, and 7 combined into one fantastic game. Gone are the bland molded enemies and replaced with actual enemies that give you not only a challenge but a feel of "What are they going to do next?"
- The guard feature has been improved upon by simply giving it a knock back feature after successfully guarding.
- Ethan had more lines/character development in the first 30 minutes than he did in the entire RE7 campaign.
- Ties to the past RE games also come into play here (No Spoilers on what). Thank GOD we are not rebooted!
- Bosses FEEL like Resident Evil bosses! This is a big one! While I love the Bakers for what they were, the only true RE boss in that game was Jack's final forum!
-Gun play and mechanics from RE4 and 5 are used to upgrade weapons and manage inventory that makes the game WAY more exciting!
- NoneLinear Gameplay, (For the most part) DONE RIGHT!
- SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! From hardcore fetus horror to action packed Call of Duty esc gunplay, this game literally is a perfect blend of everything for everyone.
- I couldn't even find a single bug, (gameplay wise) in my whole play through. Capcom really let those bugs have it! A really good release launch!
- The RE Engine has never looked more stunning! Honestly, RE7 was made as an indoor game, and you could tell outside was NOT the focus with how ugly it looked. But this new RE Engine is just straight up beautiful! And its not that big of a GPU hog either!

For hardcore Resident Evil fans, and people just looking for a good story/horror game in general. You MUST pick this game up! Worth its price, worth your time! Thank you Capcom for not screwing this up!!!!

I can barely form words after the ending of this game. I will never spoil it for people who have not gotten there yet, so I wont go further into it.
This game is a literal masterpiece. From the visuals, to the music, to the story that leaves you questioning everything, Valve has managed to create a VR title set in the Half-Life universe, that rivals all other Half-Life titles.

Valve, Half-Life and their other titles saved me from a very dark time 13 years ago. And every Valve title that comes out I give my full attention. This game brought back the feelings of mystery, wonder, and concern on how my favorite characters were going to end up. Even with the knowledge of future events, as this is a prequel, it left you on the edge of your seat the entire time. The story was brilliantly written, and no one could have for seen where it was going. A pivotal roll in Half-Life's overall story and a must play for any fan of the franchise.

The graphics were absolutely stunning, and the Source Engine has been changed for the better. Comparing Source with Source 2 is like Source Gold with Source. Stunning difference! Physics are still wonky from time to time, but this made me appreciate it even more. Just like old times!

Valve seems to already be on top of patches, so I'll leave the little bugs alone as they have been updating it pretty often over the last few days.
I have some issues with how it functions for lower end headsets, like the Samsung Plus, as grenade throwing can be a bit wonky with the controllers going outside the camera's zone. But I don't really think this Valve related per-say, though the amount of times you need to USE grenades could be a bit lower. But all in all, for a lower end Windows headset like mine, I don't have many grips. Controls worked flawlessly and all responded correctly. I used continuous motion but I did find myself using the Teleport to get to places quicker. So a nice medium mix between the two was my sweet spot. Lots of options to mess around with, especially if you get motion sick.

I must point out the VAST amount of options you have available. Valve thought of a lot of people with this title to appeal to as many as they could. From Colorblind options to Light Sensitivity for people who suffer from Epilepsy. You can even play with one hand. Teleport, Smooth Motion, and Hybrids are BOTH options. So people who like either one, or both, can use what they are comfortable with. Valve just added Smooth Turning and they also have snap turning if it makes you motion sick. Play around with it, you'll find your sweet spot.

All in all, for any Half-Life and Valve fan, this is a MUST! If you don't have a VR to play it, go grab a cheaper one and experience it for yourself. You DON'T NEED an Index to play this game! If you're sure VR is not your thing, go watch a play through on YouTube and support Valve to keep encouraging them to make more games like Half-Life, Portal and Left 4 Dead. They seem to have their spark back, and by the gods the STILL have what it takes to make masterpiece games.

This final message, though I know they will never see it, is a Thank you to Valve. Thank you for making this game. Thank you for taking me back to a time where I discovered this series. And thank you for continuing to influence my life with all the things you have done for us! Please keep making games, and Thank you so much!

You can literally get killed by a big stone peanut. Game of the Year.

In all seriousness though, my friends and I haven't had this much fun improvising/RPing in a very, very long time. They struck gold and I hope this game can add more of the many, MANY, SCP's that are still left.

And maybe some new envoriment maps that might change things up slightly.

Game made in 2004, has gone through numourus "Numbers", still crashes at the sight of too many mods, and glitches so bad you can't help but laugh.

Still better than most the ♥♥♥♥ that comes out nowaday's.

100/10
