So far I really enjoy the game, I played through the demo in about under half an hour but I will be playing it over and over again. I have a few gripes with the level design like the pillars in the diner make it hard to navigate with how narrow the space between them and the tables are and how the AI can use some entrances/exits on the sides of buildings that the player cannot access. I'm sure that'll be addressed in the full game. Beyond that, grappling with the controls might take some getting used to but that didn't really bother me but I know some people might have difficulty with it. The sound effects are really good but the overlapping sounds might irritate your ears if you play with the volume maxed and also it's a little difficult to determine where you are being shot from because the audio is so loud but that's okay because your ear is a 0 in this game. Killing enemies feels good in this game, I like how sometimes they shoot at you from the floor, I wish the target death camera had a little more drama in it (idk how to put that into words). I hope you can smoke a cigarette before leaving the car/phone booth in the full release. You'd better play this demo right now. If you grew up playing sift heads this will feel like a dream you had in your childhood. I'd give the demo 4 completely smoked cigarettes and one roach out of 5. Works really well as a proof of concept and I will patiently wait for the full release, if I could I would pre-purchase it right now.

I think they should have spent more time putting content into the base game than making a warzone clone. At least gauntlet is somewhat original copying the finals formula. Stop drip feeding us content that should have been included with the game like the compact scar and glock. Where is the USP?

The game is one puzzle that solves itself, most children today might not have the attention span to appreciate the nuance of a work of art like this however if you dedicate less than an hour of your time and allow yourself to be immersed in the world Mike has brought to us again you will not be disappointed. Purchasing this game will help the dev create more unique experiences and a bring us more lore regarding this terrifying hellscape of a future. It itches a special part of your brain few games manage to do, true dread for the main character being stuck with his despair inside his point of view. Magnificent experience and I hope Mike can bring us more coding puzzles in future titles. I would not spoil this experience for yourself, go in completely blind right now!

You shoot people and they shoot back, if you buy kevlar you will increase the time of death from .0005 seconds to .00051 seconds. The only guns you will be using are the AK, AWP, Deagle, MP5, and M16. If you call the deagle the night hawk you will be shunned by the entire community. Overall great game 12/10.
