This is the black metal real metalheads enjoy, none of that Lamp of Murmuur crap. I feel genuinely so excited for Kenny Vu as he shares his adventures of fighting in nationalistic wars, and, well, being mean to others. When Vothana sings about protecting the motherland I am genuinely rooting for him, I want him to save black metal from the posers and clearly he's nailing it. The blastbeats also make me want to dance my butt off, and I don't mind if I do. Did I mention this album lives up to its name? Because it's game over for all the fake black metal bands like Darkthrone and Sematary.
