Normally, I hate MMO's, but not this one. Story-driven, compelling narrative, enjoyable gameplay loop. Hands down, the only MMO that held my attention to the endgame. Worth an investment.

I do love this game. Simple premise, easy to learn, hard to master.

That said, the microtransactions are a thing, as they are everywhere.
