Game is awesome... When it works.

My friend had crashing issues with his version and I told him "No way man, works great for me" until the other day.

I am experiencing crashes when adjusting settings and completing a fight in the same place in the story.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled, with & without mods, Windows & Linux, various combinations of AMD & Intel CPUs with AMD & NVidia GPUS, increased paging file size, compatibility mode, different permissions, online & offline, verify integrity, and so on.

I just cannot put anymore effort into this and I feel like I'm out $75 because of it.
