A lot of good new features and unique new civilizations. However this game is an enormous downgrade from Civ V and does not have as much of a authentic role playing feeling. Perhaps I am being a bit biased towards Civ V but that is my opinion.

Greatest turn-based strategy game out there. It is perfect, unfortunately the games that come after in the series are disappointments.

Just finished the story. Don't know why people hate on this game, as a fan of the Aliens franchise I thought this game really captured the 1986 marines combat feeling. With beautiful visuals and perfect sound effects shooting the M41A Pulse Rifle felt amazing. The story was pretty good (except for what felt like an abrupt ending, it was good with a lot of references to the original movie in 1986).

If you like the Alien movies especially Aliens from 1986 with the colonial marines action you should get this game.

Great game, still don't understand why they're pushing me back though.

Although the DLCs are a bit pricey, this one is definitely the best choice if you're considering purchasing a dlc. It properly enhances the navy system and adds a lot of new things, which becomes incredibly fun to use once you understand its mechanics. I recommend watching YouTube tutorials and doing some trial-and-error playthroughs with countries like Germany before committing to a major naval power.

Buy it on a sale if possible.

Amazing game. Realistic experience. I really recomend it! Do not think just buy it!
The only bad things are that the ww2 logic is american so there are no soviet maps or soviet battles or soviet troops or any other countrys but nazi germany and americans. The servers are good but there are not that many on each map. Nice people and cool maps. It could improve that you could use vechlis do the maps larger, add more maps, maybe add more classes or atleast gadgets,perks and guns. Otherwise 8/10 game with out doubt!
