It’s time to celebrate love, connection, and the upcoming Year of the Horse in Dark Hours with our brand-new seasonal event: Moonlight!

Inspired by Valentine’s Day and the Lunar New Year, this limited-time event brings a festive and romantic atmosphere into your most dangerous heists until February 20th!

The Dark Hours lobby and maps have received a brand-new festive makeover!

Candles, garlands, flower petals, paper lanterns, and festive details inspired by both celebrations now fill the environment. Take a moment to enjoy this colorful and romantic ambiance… before the monsters remind you that love won't save you in the dark.

During Moonlight, you’ll be able to find letters throughout your heists.

Once you’ve picked one up, carefully place it (or throw it) into a teammate’s bag. Will you sneak a letter at the perfect moment… or get caught while trying to spread the love?

Note (solo players only): If you’re playing solo, placing the letters in your team bag will work as well.

What do these letters reward you with? By delivering them, you’ll earn Moonlight tickets, which can be used in the event store to unlock exclusive Moonlight cosmetics.

All the exclusive items from last year are making a big comeback. But that’s not all: we’ve added 6 brand-new festive customizations for this edition, inspired by themes of love, celebration, and Lunar New Year traditions!

We’ve also made a number of bug fixes and general improvements to enhance your overall experience. You can find the full list of changes in the detailed patchnote just below 🔽

• Monster Door Navigation Fix: Fixed an issue where monsters could sometimes get stuck on certain doors due to navigation problems.

• Cursed Pharaoh

  • Cursed KO Rotation Fix: Fixed an issue where a cursed player could keep turning constantly while knocked out.

• Voltaïc Wraith

  • Easy Mode Phase Fix: Fixed an issue where the Voltaïc Wraith could remain stuck in phase 1 on easy difficulty.

• Banshee

  • Dash Behaviour Fix: Fixed an issue where the Banshee never dashed or dash could be blocked by furnitures.

  • Infinite Scream Fix: Fixed an issue where the Banshee’s scream could loop infinitely.

• Frozen Wall Bounce Fix: Fixed an issue where frozen players standing near walls could unexpectedly bounce off them.

• Vault Minigame Requirement & Difficulty Fix: Fixed an issue where the vault minigame did not require a Hacking Device and was not properly linked to the mission difficulty.

• Item Durability Locker Reset Fix: Fixed an issue where placing an item into the van locker could reset its durability.

• Van Locker Previous Match Cleanup Fix: Fixed an issue where items from a previous match could remain in the host’s van locker and be found again after creating a new lobby.

• Van Locker Capacity Limit Fix: Fixed an issue where it was possible to store more than 50 items in the van locker, exceeding the intended capacity limit.

• Door Locked Indicator Light Fix: Fixed an issue where the lock indicator light on doors did not correctly reflect when a door was locked.

• Backpack Value History Fix: Fixed an issue where the value of the backpack was not saved correctly in the game history.

• Pause Menu Double Escape Fix: Fixed an issue where players had to press Escape twice to open the pause menu after having opened it once.

• Moonlight Letters & Tickets: During the event, players can find letters and place them in their teammates’ backpacks (or in the team bag in solo mode). Delivering these letters awards Moonlight Tickets that can be exchanged in the shop for exclusive cosmetics.

• Lobby & Environment Decorations: The lobby and all environments have been redecorated with festive Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year decorations for the duration of the event.

• Moonlight Limited-Time Cosmetics: Limited-time cosmetics themed around Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year are now available in the shop.

• Moonlight Fireworks: Fireworks now spawn during the event, adding a playful way to interact with the environment.

• Golden Tag:

  • Waiting Phase Restrictions: Strengthened the restrictions during the Golden Tag waiting phase so players can no longer keep weapons from a previous match and shoot others during that waiting period.

  • Steal Interaction Fix: Fixed an issue where stealing the Golden Tag by pushing another player no longer worked; it is now possible again.

  • Golden Effect Fix: Restored the golden visual effect on the Golden Tag carrier.

  • Carrier Name Display Fix: Fixed an issue where the Golden Tag carrier’s name was not correctly displayed at the top of the screen for other players.

  • Objective Text Fix: Fixed an issue where the “Catch the player…” objective text could remain visible for the Golden Tag carrier instead of only appearing for other players.
