This is the most definitive DLC to be added to a game in the history of mankind. The elements in the game come together perfectly to form a masterpiece that will leave you in tears. Never have I ever seen such a beautiful game, 10/10

This game sucks your life away, once you start playing don't expect to stop for the next 12 hours. That happens the next day, and the next, and the next, and the next untill you realise that life is just like Reign of Kings. You then start grabbing assortments of wood and bashing people over the head yelling "FOR THE KING!"

Save yourself ;-;

The Forest is a survivial simulator that is located in a forest on an island. There are dangerous natives/mutants/cannibals that range from shirtless women to crazy arm mutants, all of which are dangerous. You can interact with most things in the world, being able to cut down shrubs, trees, birds and more.

When I first started playing this game it lagged horribly, so I had to go into settings and turn all the settings to minimum and lower the resoloution before the game became playable, that is because my computer is not a gaming pc but mostly because the game is not as optimized as it could be. But after that I quickly found a beach and made a camp. I started to chop a tree down, and mind you chopping down trees is very fun in this game, unless you have to chop down trees in mass. I then needed to scavenge for sticks and stones to finish the hunting shelter and the campfire I had made.

After that I needed to get some food, as I was on the brink of starvation, so I went out hunting and did not find the animals I was looking for. I found natives/mutants/cannibals instead. One native/mutant/cannibal at a time is no problem, as you can cancel their attacks with your attacks, but the more of them there are, the more dangerous they are. I was able to take care of the few I ran into, so I kept on exploring.

I found a pond with a spear sticking out of the pond nearby. I remembered that I had seen fish near my house so I decided not to stick around for too long and I went back to my home as soon as possible to start fishing in safety. I caught four fish and decided that was enough for now. I put a fish on the fire and waited about ten seconds for it to finish cooking. It filled up my hunger completely, so I was pretty happy for that.

I then saw four cannibals strolling along the beach, I hoped they would not notice me, but unfortunately, they did. As I prepared to fight them one started charging up to me, so I charged back at him and then something happens that makes me mad, he one-shots me. Natives/mutants/cannibals are supposed to only be able to take about a quarter of your health per hit so this bug annoyed me.

Sent to a dark cave I turned on my flashlight and looked around. I started to explore the cave, strange noises keeping me on edge. I turned a corner and discovered a chamber that appeared to be half caved in, so I continued through and discovered two strange arm mutants having sex. It was a strange sight but I thought there was no harm being done there so I continued on.

I started getting deeper and deeper into the cave. I found an underground lake, which I decided to inspect. That was a bad decision. Three mutants suddenly spawned a few metres away from me, all of them instantly running up to me, and then they one-hit me. That was the end of my first life and future lives just went down hill from there.

The forest is a good survivial simulator that needs some optimization, and more work. There are quite a few bugs in the game, like dying from a body you just chopped up. But the game is in alpha and that is what you would expect from a game in alpha. The game gets regular large updates fixing quite a few things.

This game is amazing, I was stunned on how good it was when I first got it. I thought it would be ok, just another Terraria clone but I was very, very wrong. This game has so much content, and it's in beta, seriously?!? There are ALOT of unique little dungeons that contain all sorts of stuff.
Basically you start in a spaceship and you can beam down to a planet. You can then collect materials and fly to another planet using your ship. There are hundreds, no, thousands of planets in each sector, and there are 10 sectors. Each sector goes up in difficulty as you progress in the game.
The planets all have randomly generated animals, and on a side-note most of then want to kill you, but that's ok since there are hundreds of weapons. Ranging from swords, spears, bows, guns and even more!
To sum it all up, Starbound is a fun adventure-sandbox game which combies exploration with space travel and more. With Randomly generated mobs and planets, I would definately recommend this game. 9/10
