Good game, hard, deserves tons more attention!

Only critique, not even sure if I'm right about this, is that I wish there were mods to add more spells and such.
Maybe the game just isn't moddable, maybe its not popular enough. It would just be fun to go around seeing the things others come up with. (If anyone knows that there is mods for this game, would be appreciated if you told me where.)

I'd recommend this to those that love watching a settlement of people grow and expand, those that like strategy combat, and those that love mods. The modding community is great and there are tons of mods that I think anyone can enjoy. I'd recommend the Blueprint mod, it allows you to create, well, a blueprint for any building which makes constructing repetitive buildings much faster.
