TLDR: It's free, it's good ol' skate.. but online only..

I'm really enjoying Skate! I never thought I'd miss the gameplay until I jumped into this. Its not perfect, but I love that because the occasional buggy trick is absolutely hilarious.
The inclusion of the 'hall of meat' flying as just a base mechanic is a surprising change too but a welcome one. It makes for fun and crazy gameplay. Same with the parkour movements as well, very Assassin's Creed.

I do want to say though.. I'm typing this out while waiting for the servers to come back from maintenance.
WHY?
Why is there no offline mode? I've only played with mates once and the rest of the time has been on my own. I get the whole "everyone's together" kind of feel, but Forza Horizon worked this out years ago, there's no need for this to be ONLINE ONLY.

Finally got around to trying out the sequel and I'm REALLY impressed.

First of all, runs fantastic. I'm running a 13th gen i5, 32GB ram and a 12GB 3060 and had my graphics settings on high. It ran really smoothly at 60fps, HD with the only break in performance coming from crashing the red ship (as expected honestly).

I honestly found the new building controls to be "clunky" and difficult to use, but this very easily could be my muscle memory fighting me. Either way, an option to edit bindings will be perfect. (especially rotating blocks and cycling block groups, I'd rather the old method over replacing the movement controls).
And on the topic of control, the new physics engine has a noticeable "off" feeling when turning a ship, trying to fly around the asteroids. I hope this get polished more as the game progresses.

At one point I did manage to break the physics of my character when I slammed the red ship into the asteroid. Since it was a hard enough collision to break the cockpit, I got sent flying inside of the asteroid which stopped me from walking on terrain and ships. (It also broke the ragdoll physics on the character, summoning our lord and saviour Clang for the first time XD ).

Overall though. I'm REALLY excited to see more. I'm so glad Space Engineers has gotten to this point. AWESOME STUFF, KEEN!!!

I actually love Ancient Dungeon. So much to the point where I keep losing track of time with every run I make.
For an idea, this game is VERY much the "Risk of Rain" dungeon crawler that EXCELS with what it offers. I've come back to this game, over and over either with or without friends and every time ends up being hilariously insane.

Definitely on my list of all time best VR games. Give it a go. Oh btw, IT definitely looks as good as the trailer

Quick note;
Anyone saying that it's "DEI infested", it's not.
They're complaining about a recent rework of the character creation menu to add more variety and options. Yes, it does make it more inclusive and there's no doubt about it but to base a blatant political cry over the third menu in the game, NOT EVEN PLAYING IT is over dramatic and only rage baiting a minor change.


Terraria is the sandbox survivalcraft, action adventure game that is like no other. Starting from nothing but your trusty tools and a dream, you build, battle, explore and discover this amazing marvel of a game. Terraria will test you skills, pushing you to improve yourself and fight your way through.
Based in a 2D world, all of the ground at your very disposal. Terraria give you the opportunity to build the very world around you as well, creating magnificent structures or technically magic.
Then once you break in and start to feel comfortable. It only just gets started.

Seriously, Terraria for me is an all time favourite. Being capable to bring that love from Minecraft, creating houses and monuments. It has an outstanding presence of hostiles, things to explore, bosses and so much more. Terraria has something for everyone and know strives from it. It has charm, it has humour and even passion put into the game with so many community requested features. It has in-depth game design, fantastic world building, many MANY items and it just doesn't stop.

I'd seriously recommend you try it, (don't let the political drama stop you) it's so worth the time and dedication Re-Logic has put in. Actual 10 / 10 game.

I honestly can't believe the feat that Arrowhead has created here. Not only have they created a massively successful game and a dedicated team but they've created an amazing community that has been rarely seen. I'm not gonna stop loving this game and I'm excited to see what comes in the future.

GET THIS GAME, it's more then you expected! (As long as SONY doesn't ruin it)

When you play it in VR, this becomes "motion sickness simulator". It's quite possibly the best way to get used to Virtual Reality

First time I played this, I stabbed a guy between the eyes and felt S a t i s f a c t i o n

Astroneer is a nice refresher from the current game market. It's gameplay is vast and in-depth, the art style is unique and there is always something to do.
It honestly is a 10/10 survival game and has had me coming back for more, even after completing it 100%

Not a bad first Impression.
From the first try of the game I can definitely feel the potential of a Racer like this. Controls handled great and got the hang on them pretty quickly. But I wish I had the option to swap boost and brake around, kept boosting into corners instead of breaking for them.

I also feel that the GUI in the cockpit could be replaced with a heads up display either hooked to the head or in front of the glass. I felt the game required THAT much focus that shifting my gaze for even half a second mean't I was going into a wall.

Track design is good. I feel it can be pushed a lot further though.
The only track that grabbed my attention and really was "Downshift" with its vertical corners, making you re orientate to another direction. They also felt very tight for most of them and I wish I had more room to work with.

Lastly, for asynchronous multiplayer.. Please hide the other speeders. Right out the gate you are basically flying blind.

In summary It's definitely a keeper.
