Superb. 86 hours for all 8 chapters, very worth it though. The original 2000s anime season 1 and 2 were great, but this was a much more fulfilling experience.

One of those games that are always better with a warm cup of coffee.

Great game, definite buy at 50% off. I waited until 1.5 to play, and in 60 hours of gameplay I only encountered a handful of minor bugs.

My experience with this game is spending most of my time updating a design over and over again to try and optimize it as much as possible. This can be exhausting sometimes but I always find myself coming back. It's one of those games that forces you to think of ways to overcome problems that you've encountered. Problems that are specific to your design, to the enemy that you are facing, and the design restraints you've put on yourself. Usually I think of a way of solving a problem with my design and save it as a separate design. I then test it and think of another way of solving that problem and save that as another separate design. Repeat until satisfied. End up deleting 5-10 alternate designs before updating the main design with the improved changes. After all this I still end up still losing against the Tyr cost for cost lol. However, its the little bit of progress that I make every time that makes it worth it.

I bought this on sale, real good price, I've been satisfied with it. My only issue was the exporting bug, which they fixed in the last update. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Main story wasn't very good, but the dlc's were where it truly shined.

I remember when I first bought this game, I mainly played multiplayer. Impart because I was extremely bad on single player. Once I actually tried to learn the game, wow this game is amazing. When you go from being a party of 11 with footman to a army of 55 with 4 Mumluks, I've only just started considering I still only have the village you get with being a vassel. Cheers!

Whenever I look at a stranger, I think to myself. They have a entire life full of memories just like me. I wonder what those memories are. This game reminds me of that thought. You get to go through somebody's entire life and expeirence there memoriers. When the last song played before the game ended I just sat there contemplating what had happended. The game last around 5 hours plus one hour for the two minisodes. Game is Worth 10 if you like an elegant story. If not then It is a must buy if it is on sale.

First time playing, Died on the first level. 2nd time, beat the first level and got decimated on 2nd level. had to eat dinner and didn't play for the rest of the night. Came back the next day for my 3rd try. Beat the 3rd level then the 4th ect. I got the achievment for surviving for 40 minutes. By now I thought I am going to die pretty soon. After awhile I notice I have been playing for 80 minutes. I beat the final boss at around 95 minutes. I unlocked 4 characters in that playthrough. It has been so long since I was so into a game that I actaully lost track of time. The Final boss was great and quite suprising. Also considering that I did all this with one character and used all his skills smoothly with one another. Hard to comprehend that there are 12 characters that all play differently. Worth 10$ and If it was on sale then if you like this sort of game then it is indeed worth it. Although I don't plan to use multiplayer I have heard it has some problems just a warning. Great soundtrack also.

So at it's current state I would say to wait. It's a good game. But you might want to wait until they come out with a expansion. Or what really would make it amazing would be mods. I currently am playing Civ V instead of this. Why? because mods. That's really it as it has most features from Civ V in the base game. I did however notice that the map replay feature is not currently in the game. Which again is why I am currently playing Civ V. I do like the new way builders work. Instead of taking 20 turns for a farm on marathon mode you just instantly build but the worker only has 3 action points. Also it is somewhat empty regarding map choices. All in all it's good if you really want to play a new Civ game but you might be better off waiting until it is on sale. - Yours truly, Splorky.
