as far as rouge-like progression goes, it's quite bad. Not all that much to unlock, and no real permanent upgrades. So if you are playing it because you like games like Dead Cells or Risk of Rain, then I wouldn't suggest it.
I played it as I loved Hollow Knight and honestly, this is pretty good. I just play on the easier mode as healing on the normal mode sucks (and its not that fun for me)

by my by this is the best 'mascot horror' I've ever played.
It has a fun, casual gameplay loop of working a minimum wage job. The antagonistic mascots feel scary but lived, actual characters you'd see in the real world instead of some banban looking thing.
Plus the developers are really with their game, like fully. They keep releasing things about the game, and seem really active. I love them :D

I would say, get it if you want. But if I could give it a 'its okay' instead of a "Yes" for recommendation, then I would.
Unlike the two prior dlcs that simply added skins and minor content, this adds in (primarily) two characters to play as.
The Infiltrator (ninja) is pretty interesting. They are a grounded character that relies on a grappling hook and wall jump to get around. However they struggle greatly throughout the game due to their relatively underpowered skill set. Plus their upgrades are sadly quite underwhelming and leave them below most of the characters.
The Beast Master (wolf lady) is sorta cool as well. They are a heavily summoner based character, having a constant stream of little cat-monkies to pick up ores for you. Arguably they are a really efficient and clock-work esc character. However their reliance on their cats can make them quite underwhelming late game, with a lot of their playstyle being "mine ore, make cat hole, wait for cats to do your job for you".
I think the inclusion of more unlocks, like a more clear way to unlock skins, as well as more character skins, as well as perhaps a new dome or two in this dlc would've boosted my opinion of it. But its still great.

It's a very chill game. The setting and premise is very nice, and I like how many characters they have.
My only major complaint is that I don't really like the main character, since the idea of them being a T-rex, which are apparently extinct in this modern world seems a little weird to me.
Its a cool idea - but just doesn't resonate with me at all, I feel some other unique Saurian with an interesting adaptation - like Baryonyx/Suchomimus with their huge index claws, or Therizinosaurus with long scythe-esc nails would have been cooler.

However on a whole, its a really calm game. Sure I feel that some of the dialogue can feel a teeny bit forced, especially the early on banter between Justin and Chris. Or the remarks Chris makes about himself, but the atmosphere and way you interact with the other characters is really nice.

Early Access Review
Honestly the game itself is fine - a lot of gooner content like car skins having half-naked girls on them, so thats sort of weird.
But on a whole the gameplay is solid, a little repetative and I wish there was more to it, plus the upgrades are a little nothing [and half the cars are butt ugly] but honestly... not a bad game.
I do feel however that 70% of people who buy this game probably just do it for the load of really good Retro-Wave cosmetics there are on the Steam Points shop. Plus for like £3, it has a decent amount of gameplay.
Maybe more mechanics and features [like different routes you can take or some NPC cars driving really fast as well] could be cool.

ZAMN SON - for a free to play game, this was honestly cold!
Give or take a thirty - fourty minute experience, its no In Sound Mind, dont get me wrong - but it has some really unique mechanics. I loved the way the Axe worked, and unlike most free2plays, this one had a genuinely great roster of enemies.
Common chasers, but they could be insta-killed if you snuck up on them from behind.
Some big monster with three heads, only appears once but was a memorable part by far.
Some kind of thing in the vents, I dont know if it's an actual enemy but I heard dynamic noises and pooped myself.
Of course the final boss, which was a blast - if not a little confusing.
And finally... the scariest - a box, a barrel, and a chair that move when you look away :[

Boyyy this game is peak-
Genuinely, so much fun - I thought it would be a Friend-Slop / Lethal-Like... but nah its just a co-op horror game.
Ive not played too much, but I played with a friend and the DEMO seems really promising.
Has plenty of things to do and for a DEMO it didn't feel at all half-baked.

The difficulty is present, but not inheriently that bad - plus I love how the enemies feel, so many games like it have the issue of "see enemy - hide", but since in this game staying in the dark makes you insane, you want to keep in the light.
But when in the light you are easier to spot.
Plus enemies are really reactant to noises, so staying quiet is parmount - but sometimes you just cant stay quiet...

Its so good genuinely - just play it bro, the demo is free.

I do love this game... a lot...
I have fond memories of it - but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudge...
The fact that the Devs have essentially abandoned the game makes me sad.
The game has a lot of enemies, sure, but man... 3 maps... all of which have 0 randomisation...
Ts buns now :[

It's a fun game.
My biggest complaint is how they are really predatory with their marketting strategems. Like making it so that their coolest skins are only available in the shop for a limit (usually short) period of time, and don't cost in the in game white credits, but rather the golden flashy credits that cost real world money.

Will I spend money on things that cost it... probably... will it piss me off... probably...
