Don't look at this game as a successor of mass effect - or even a mass effect game. No, i'm serious.

I'm not going into details or telling you about pros and cons. I just want to tell you that you have to drop all your expectations, install a few mods to fix the chaos the producers didn't fix and go for it.

Just go for it, it will be worth it. I come from a long tradition of playing the OG trilogy once a while and i had the same expectations as you in the beginning. But when you give this game a chance, you can get a nice space adventure. With pros and cons of course.

Biggest Pro and con was the mainstory. yes, there was a lot of potential for the story, a lot of things i didn't understand storywise... but at the same time it was the mainstory that kept me going and a few bigger sidequests like searching for the arks.

I think i bought the game for less then 5 bucks - if you buy it like me in sale it's a steal.

If you like Sci-fi shooters with a story that is well written, but at best okayish implemented - PLAY IT!

It`s one of the games you stumble upon... a friend tells you to play it....

and unfortunatly it`s one of the games you want to delete your memories afterwards so you can play it again.

As a mythology lover all around the past cultures i had so much fun playing this one. Awesome story, great soundtrack. Couldn`t ask for more.

Hell this game was so good.

From a level design perspective, to the music, through the minigames and to the general storyline, we had so much fun. Played it local and we took all the time in the world to absorb the atmosphere in each world. So many worlds! Not your usual experience with EA games.

Absolutely recommended. Like the OG, it has everything you want from a good rpg game. great story, best mechanics (simple is always best), pretty good music and awesome environment

I think you should check it out when in sale.

In short: its a diplomatic episode of the expanse. No fighting, not much gameplay, its push some buttons, listen, and enjoy expanse content.

So for all the die-hard fans outthere: this is for you.

I don't know if you should play it before the base game, or after it. I played it after i finished the base game, and i think it was wrong. If you do it before, the hype is getting bigger for the base game. after that it did loose some effect for me. Choose for yourself.

What a game. Definitely a huge recommendation.

The Base Game is insane, it completely feels like a few episodes of the expanse series. So check it out if you want more story after watching the series.

The DLC is very short, so you better get it in sale. But its worth it for the die-hard fans outthere.

Easily one of the best DLC i ever bought. Adds another 10-20 hours with great content, beautiful areas, better music than the hidden ones DLC and a good mainstory. The bosses are better then in the base game,

Great Open-World Game! So much sidequests, a good mainstory, and good DLC. The Map has an insane amount of details, and looks just beautiful. It took me around 50 hours to do the mainstory and the hidden ones, after that you still can do so many sidequests and the curse of the pharaos.

5€ in sale for an open world game with a good story? shut up, and take my money

Honestly, a very good game. You can end it in less then 30 hours, but also in more then 50, if you want to do/collect everything.

only thing i´d have liked is more variation in the boss fights, they`re kinda repetitive, but thats it.

Great game! Good puzzles, good music, nice for a break inbetween.
