Basically Twilight Imperium condensed down to an hour or two. Stab your friends in the back, get stabbed in the back, fight for Nexus like its the last PS5 on Black Friday.

Super super fun fishing/management game that goes in absolutely buck wild directions at times. Really fun boss battles, cool exploration, and amazing atmosphere. Time at review is the amount of time it took me to 100% the game, some of this was probably down to RNG so your mileage may vary.

Some minor annoyances are the garden, which I ignored entirely after fully upgrading because it was a pain in the ass to manage. The fish farm, which needs to have an option to sell/send all but two of each fish inside, having to manually put in the numbers every time was a total bummer.

Second time now that my game has effectively soft-locked while editing decor, cannot add new evidence to the pin board, cannot see what was already there.

Needs some serious ironing out.

Absurdly good. Killer soundtrack, seriously tight game-play, lovable characters. From what I had seen of the game, I thought the writing might be a little cringe, but it absolutely wasn't. It's sincere, fun as hell, and the perfect length. The penultimate level is such a triumph that i would give anything to play it again for the first time.
