This without a doubt one of the early access games of all time. I believe that sending this game into Early Access was a great idea. Coming from The Forest (first game), I had decently high expectations and I believe that they were meet.

But not with some issues...


Being an Early Access game, it's bound to have some issues here and there be it either Gameplay or Performance related problems. For me, I have a couple of gripes.

The performance as of March 7th, 2023, is extremely lackluster compared to the previous entry. I think the performance needs some much needed work as my PC is generally higher end than average. (not to toot my own horn.) I think that with some patching and updates, the performance could get better.

My other gripe with the game so far is the lack of quick access to the rest of the map. I find it frustrating to traverse the map without anymore of transportation to get around quicker than just simply sprinting. The map is to large to NOT have any form of quicker movement options.

Lastly, I do think that the AI is relatively bad. I would like to see an updated path-finding for the AI (ESPECIALLY KELVIN.) as they seem to either get stuck or simply phase through objects the player has built. It can get really annoying having to defend my base from Danny Phantom every 2 minutes. Also, more behaviors for the AI would also be greatly appreciated such as, AI that does not immediately attack but rather watches from a distances, or AI that tries to get more allies gathered to attack your base in higher numbers. That sort of thing.


First of all, I want to say how amazing the new construction system is. I think it is a much needed step up from the first game and I cannot wait to see how it develops with time. Being able to manually place logs and different objects has made construction a very interesting part of the Gameplay and I think it is an overall excellent addition.

I think that the guns are also a nice addition to the general Gameplay as it provides another way for players to enjoy the game.

SHADOW WIZARD MONEY GANG, WE LOOOOVE CASTING SPELLS.

Regardless of how IOI has handled the pc release of HITMAN 3, I still have to recommend it... While its on sale.

I think the price is a bit outrageous but if you can snag the game on sale along with its respect DLC, there is so much content to dive into and use during missions. I have been playing the HITMAN reboot ever since the first of the 3 came out way back when and I loved every second of it. Now that the full package is complete I can confidently say that this game is worth picking up if you have some money left to spare and are looking for a new game.

HITMAN has a very much deserved space in the gaming industry and I can't wait to see how it develops as an IP in the future.

I will leave you to prepare.

This game is absolutely perfect if you are a fan of JoJo in anyway. The amount of fan-service is astonishing and a key selling point of the game. Right off the bat, I highly recommend this to any JoJo fan.


In terms of fighting games, the gameplay is decent. You have plenty of options depending on the character you are currently playing and the battle system is overall good. However, at some points, the fighting can feel sluggish and disconnected at times. (This is more noticeable with a bad connection when online.) I think that the mechanics such as the Level 3 GHA's and Assist are a great addition from the original and provide many options for players to utilize during battles.

The game is very beginner friendly and offers Easy Beat to new players. Easy Beat is an auto-combo system that allows players to simply press Light multiple times to perform a decent combo.


I believe the character roster for this game is very good. It has most of the characters you'd except for a JoJo fighting game. However, if you are a JoJolion fan and were hoping for more Part 8 characters, then you are not gonna like the fact that there is only ONE JoJolion character in the game (Playable characters). While DLC is planned for the game, it's hard to judge if Part 8 will get any more love unfortunately.


Let me address the elephant in the room. The absolutely HORRIBLE netcode. As a participant in the Open Beta for the game, I thought that feedback from players would result in a change for the netcode from Delay-Based to Rollback. However, CC2 and Bandai doubled-down and said there are no plans for Rollback netcode in the future. While you can still have fun with the online aspect of the game, it is severely hindered by the lack of a decent netcode. I highly advise playing on a Ethernet Cable AT ALL TIMES when playing this game. Wi-Fi players will struggle to have fun because of the netcode. There are NO lobbies in the game. Once you finish a match, you either rematch, rematch with new characters, or exit to the online menu which kicks you out of the lobby YOU created. Multi-Lobbies or lobbies that can have multiple players where people can spectate, are also absent here.


Personally, my focus for this game was for the offline content, especially with how the online turned out. Great news for those who are interested in the offline components, the All-Star Battle mode is an interesting mode. It's packed with fan-service that you can only experience in the ASB Mode. The unique interactions with characters is enough for me to try every battle within it. However, the mode is a dull replacement for the Story Mode of the original All Star Battle. The Arcade mode makes a return from the original and with the new addition of the endless arcade mode. Versus is pretty much what you expect. Play either a PvP, PvE, or watch a EvE match. Tournament mode is a bit of a let down in my opinion. There isn't much you can control other than player count, and com difficulty. I would have appreciated more control and options for the Tournament mode to truly customize it the way I want it. The 3v3 mode is an interesting concept but it sort of falls flat with the subpar AI.

Being an offline modes, you should expect decent or amazing AI but that is just not the case here. AI can be scarily good at times but most of the time it is an easy beatdown and there isn't much of a challenge. I would greatly appreciate if they updated the AI as some of the AI from the previous game is literally copy and paste here.


I got this game for PC for the mods. The modding community is slowly growing with each day and they put out mods for free that add content that should already be in the game. Some sites I recommend are Nexus and GameBanana just to name two. I highly recommend giving the mods a look because there are some really decent mods that players have created that make the game a more enjoyable experience.
