This is certainly worth your money and your hour. Especially on sale. Nice charming story. Love the art, the storytelling techniques, the music.. A magical little ride.

Peak. Don't research it. Just play it.
As a puzzle hater, no puzzle in this game was frustrating or tedious.
As a jumpscare hater, the game showed me that there was no unfair or cheap scare tactics and there never would be.
This game's story, theme, creepiness, graphics, execution, pacing, everything...
It's all peak
Please play it if you're in any way interested in psychological horror, creepy retro gaming, and artsy/abstract experiences.

Good idea, good style, good narrative concept, good story concept, loved the thematic pairing of the art with the environment. Just didn't feel like that great skeleton grew any meat on it's bones.
Couldn't discern what the point was, what the intended story was or if there was one, why I should care about the character's feelings. I think all of the pieces were there and that the intended vision could've been met with similar budget and time, but either the story got lost in the translation process (I played only in English) or there wasn't a real story or narrative planned to go with the really cool thematic and art.
Genuinely, I would buy and play it Day 1 if the developer decided to release a sequel game in which we learn more about this character, his place in the world, and why he's so broody. For right now, it more feels like a teenager emo poem where various emotions of conflicting sorts are thrown about for the sake of shock or so the writer can feel heard.
Still, would love to see a second shot taken at this because I think the dev could pull off a great narrative with these pieces.

Finishing this game left me with a sentiment that seems to be similar to many others - That this game's not particularly well-made, but I love it. The interaction controls in the car - The place you spend most of the game - were very unintuitive, but there's a charm to this game that I've never felt with any AAA game. I'd even argue that the clunkiness added to the cute, endearing charm that kept me playing this game.
The key scenes were so well orchestrated to be cinematic in a way that felt both humbling and safe, which is a very difficult middle-ground to strike with a game that aims to marry the eerie with the homely, like this game does surprisingly well at. The game creator very obviously had a very specific vision for what he wanted the players to experience with this game and he nailed it.
If you want a cozy take on megalophobia, this game is worth the money, especially on sale!

Amazing little game. Doesn't try to be more than it is, and excels impressively at being that. I wish more games like this were being made - lots of love, fun, and care clearly went into this and I thank every person who was involved in this game's existence, especially the creator himself Adam. I hope he and others with similar artistic vision as him will continue to make games like this :)

Honestly think this is the best FPS ever made. Or at the very least, it brings me the most fun out of any FPS I've ever played, Including Overwatch!
It seems intimidating when you hop in for the first time, but I found, from my first experience, that it's best to just ignore everything on the screen, turn off the things that are in your way, and just run and shoot people. Just play it like your average FPS game, and simply learn things as you go. Along your road of running and gunning, you might think at some point something like "I wonder if there's a better weapon than this..." or "Does this game have shotguns?" or "What do certs do" or "Directives? Are those like achievements?" And the game's UI and design is simple enough for you to easily find the answer to those questions.

Also a quick tip of advice - similar to other games where you can obtain better weapons/utilities/etc. through either time or money, you're going to get pushed around a good amount in the beginning by people who know what they're doing, and who don't know that YOU don't know what you're doing. After enduring a good one or two fights like that, you'll find some good quality battles that are, in my opinion, infinitely fun, and make getting spawncamped once or twice totally worth it.

Plus it's free, with low system requirements, so why not right? :P

It's actually a really good game, except for the Gem system.... Which unfortunately almost totally negates the rest of the game's positive points. Either way, it's still a fun game to just hop on and play Arcade Mode, practice combos, or play with your friends every once in a while. If you're lucky you might find someone online!

Game's super dope, definitely play if you want a more simple fighting game that's based on footsies and strategy rather than an infinite amount of mechanics. The main drawbacks to this game are the sub-par netcode, the lack or Arcade mode, and the Battle Lounge system not working quite right. Other than that, the actual in-game part is one of the best fighting games I've ever played. Everything's smooth and feels natural, unlike how it felt in Street Fighter 4. (At least to me)
Some people are put off by all the 50/50 situations, the ability to just YOLO your way to victory online, and some of the character tiers; but frankly this is the most balanced fighting game in history, at least from what I can tell, and with enough skill, intuition, and knowledge; 50/50's and players that go ham can be looked at with confidence instead of fear.

If you enjoy any sort of competitive game, I definitely recommend at least trying this game for an hour and refund it if it doesn't suit your fancy, given that fighting game just aren't some people's thing.
That being said, this is a great game with a perfect blend of competitive and casual nature attached to it. If you enjoyed a Street Fighter game long ago, you'll definitely be reminded of those times playing Street Fighter V. Even if you don't feel like you're improving, it doesn't have to make it any less fun to horse around with your friends doing random character matches.

(NOTE for those without a Gamepad or Arcade Stick - There is no implimentation of keyboard rebinding as of writing this, so if you want a keyboard layout other than "WASD" for moving and "GHJK/BNM," for your attacks, I would suggest getting a temporary keybind changing program like Joy2Key.)

(ALSO if you DO own a Gamepad or Arcade Stick, but it is a PS4 or PS3 controller - There is also no implimentation of Dinput yet, so I would get a program that converts DInput controller into an XOutput (Microsoft/XBox controller output). I personally recommend the plugin made specifically for this game XInput. The file should be titled "xinputx_x.dll" when you download it. I also recommend the program "XOutput". You simply open it when you want to play the game and it automatically converts a DInput to an XOutput. It should be a file titled "XOutput.vx.xx" upen download.)
