Cool game with a LOT of potential.
For me, currently, the game feel kinda meaningless after few hours.
We need things like goals, scenarios, objectives, missions, quest, etc. in order to give a "purpose" to the game.
Currently, other than the aspect of expanding settlements, there is no goal to achieve.
Also, I dislike the "districts" concept. You have to create different "cities" which have their own population. Not really fun to have to create multiple same buildings like storage, housing, food, etc.
Recommended because the devs are very active and the game has a lot of potential.
