Honestly, I really like this. Nothing will ever beat the original Half-Life for me, but Half-Life: Legacy comes very close.

The achievements, bhopping, Workshop support.. it’s amazing. The movement feels great and the workshop alone gives this a lot of replay value. (Albeit HL1 is already very moddable)

There are a few issues I noticed though, mostly minor stuff:

Sometimes NPCs start talking from pretty far away, so you end up missing parts of scripted dialogue. Other times the dialogue just cuts itself off midline. Combat also feels a bit weird at times. Not terrible, just kind of okay and could use some tweaking.

None of this really ruined the experience for me. I’m still having a lot of fun with it, and with some polish this could be amazing.
