Even though repentance made a lot of things a lot more unfair (when there was a lot of scuffed buggy unfairness to begin with), it just overloads the game with more options and more ways to synergize and potentially save or throw a run in the most fun ways.

The graphical updates were also much needed, i always thought some things seemed pretty bland, some things still feel like they need a change but all the Q.O.L stuff they added is quite serviceable.

The gun play, improved movement mechanics, and quality of life improvements are amazing compared to the last handful of games.

The story though, I'm really upset we waited years for this crap.. If they've been working on it all this time, I really wish they had spent more time on the story and more FOCUS on what has already been written in the previous games. There's even wiki's for this too, why didn't they just go and look at those to fact check some of these things??
The new characters have little to negative character development. Ava is lazily written, come on I know you could have done better, you could have totally written her with a maturing redemption arc. Same with the villains, what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste, handsome jack at least had you on a roller coaster of emotions and apathy AND empathy for him, it made you think about all the times he talked to you, and he was even a pretty funny villain even if a little annoying. These villains just makes me want to skip their dialogue reeeaaally badly. They're not just borderlands quirky and slightly cringy, they are entirely cringy and feel super shoehorned because of the upsetting woke wannabe millennial humor.

TL;DR wait for a sale, it's worth it regardless for the fun as hell gameplay, multiplayer is alright and has some delay, if you get it running good its a lot of fun!

Solid port to PC, but the game comes "out of box" with the resolution of the textures all the way down and you can see every pixel, and there's no way to turn it up in-game. I would suggest waiting for an update or fix, or a sale until then.

Okay so, I need to say this, this game has pushed so many updates and barely raised the price, and they didn't even have to add all this neat stuff. I actually even thought this game was 20 bucks because of how much content is in this game, but either 10 - 20 bucks this game is entirely worth it. I HIGHLY recommend picking it up because these fellas really deserve it.
