I can see the appeal.
Seems a good game to get yourself into before going to sleep and realizing it's morning already.

Multiple characters and powers to unlock and grind for it, and the constant reward is actually cool. It can become a visual clutter and after reaching 15 min mark the map becomes smaller.
At the same time it becomes a bigger DPS check, so you're kind of forced to grind for runs multiple times in order to unlock and invest in power upgrades.

The gameplay loop is satisfying.
Also has Local and Online CO-OP so super cool.

*After reading - Cool that the max run time is limited to 30 mins, so it won't force you in long play sessions. The long play session is your choice to get into it again*

Good fun in CO-OP.
Medium difficulty, the hardest difficulty is being able to communicate properly and navigate the hacker's menus.

The challenge modes... I feel that you either have to do them multiple times or just cheat/memorate solutions.

Early Access Review
*About the game. I gave it a go close to release, and the performance was rough; the experience was not cool, too much stuff happening on screen, too many giants. The idea was interesting, but in gameplay, it was really bad. I did not enjoy flying for one bit. I also did not enjoy the game at all. I don't think I liked 1 thing.*

At release, I thought it might be cool, and I didn't even see that it was made by Quantic Dream, the guys behind so many interesting single-player story games, like Detroit: Become Human.

Having heard that the studio was bought by NetEase and forced to do this instead of what they knew to do, saddens me. Another Studio that got forced to do live service games.

The fact that the fate of the next single-player title of Quantic Dreams depends on the success of Spellcasters Chronicles is so disheartening. And that they had to focus on this instead of their new title.
I don't see a bright feature for the studio, but maybe someone else can buy them, or they can split out from Netease, without being divided by leaving and firings.

Studios being forced to go to Live Service:
BioWare from Dragon Age to Anthem.
Rocksteady from the Batman Arkham Series to Suicide Squad
Crystal Dynamics from Lara Croft and other SP Games to Marvel Avengers
Remedy Entertainment (B Team) From Control/Alan Wake to FBC Firebreak
Guerilla Games from Horizon Hunter Gathering
Naughty Dog from Last of Us/Uncharted to Last of Us Wars (canceled at 80% Progress)
Bungie... well, I think Bungie is now a Live Service Studio... starting with Marathon and ending with Marathon.

Just Finished Episode 1 after playing the Demo of Episode 2 at the start of this year.

Looks great, play's like a Visual Novel with some gameplay interactions.
It's a far stretching fantasy, but maybe for a moment you can allow yourself to live into it.

I highly recommend the episodic content as it allows everyone to play at the same pace, and foster a more united community, once every episode drops and you can discuss about it and speculate on the next episodes.

It makes it feel, like for a small time, you are not alone in discovering the universe of the game, and share it's story with the world, at the same pace.

*I am not sure if the Dispatching mechanic is that much helpful in providing lore and game interactions, altough I see banter between characters. Maybe it wasn't needed, and we just needed the videos, and choices, but it breaks the pace a lil bit and offers diversion.*
** I did not personally had troubles interacting with the hacking scenarios.**
***Would have preffered manual saves, but it is what it is. I guess it was decided to have auto saves, which are quite sparce, in order for the choices to have more meaning and gravitas.***

I really recommend this game for anyone who is stuck.
Maybe after finishing The Burnt One's and PotBoy's Journey, you can finally start Your Midnight Walk.

*Relies a lot on audio with directional cues which need you to listen and immerse yourself in the game*
**It Also has VR, and from what I've seen, is really well implemented and it changes the way you interact with the game core mechanics**

When I was halfway in the game I had having Mixed Thoughts about it. Not the worst game, but far from the best. After finishing it, I don't recommend it.

Is doable in CO-OP, I wouldn't play this in singleplayer, even if the CO-OP was designed as an afterthough, as progressing trough the game requires both partners at the same location.

I hoped the difficulty was given by the combat mechanics and movement set, not by filling your screen with as many elites as possible who are bullet sponges.

There is a power fantasy, but only when it comes to regular enemies, everything above drags too much.
It starts fair, and then after a time it becomes a slog.

Story... I lost track of it hours ago. Cowboys vs Vampires basically. Victor Vran/Van Helsing.

Later Edit:
I finished the game. It became boring and I just wanted to be done with it.
Story falls of the cliff even worse than it is, you teleport across the country for plot reasons.
Game begins to drag on with encounters that take a lot of time, multiple enemies, it is barely dragging on.
Even collectables require your teammate to be close to you, like you have to climb a stair to collect 1 collectable together with your partner. I understood at major or story moments, but even for collectables? It requires you to be glued to your teammate.

Reinier fight was the worst.
End Game Level is super short, there was no reason to be a last level, it's basically 3 fight encounters. And everything is dragged on by putting enemy spawns and waves for way too long.
You never get that power fantasy, even with late game powers. Last fight is just a slog.

Conclusion
Don't Buy the game, Skip it!
There is nothing here, just a premise of Cowboy's vs Vampires which fails to meet it's mark in terms of fantasy, setting and plot. Early game is best, and then it becomes a slogfest, a super repetitive experience dragged on by multiple long combat encounters. Story is weak, and becomes weaker. Ending is not rewarding.

Cons: Weak dated graphics, weak dated gameplay concepts, tank controls (Gears of War)
The only Pro(s) I can give is the Performance. Performed really well. And +, maybe for some of the enemy visual design.

"TELEPORTATION, FIGHTATION, BORINGATION"

There are other better games, more fair games that you could spend your time on. Even if the barrier to entry and play is low, it's gameplay is from 10 years ago or even more.
Also a lot of currencies, items to buy with real money and designed to suck your time.

It's alright. Pretty short but priced fairly.
Had fun in co-op, scratching our brains and trying to figure out some of the puzzles. Also... the shocks instilled some funny moments.
Very akin to the We Were Here series.

Awesome! And so glad that the game's story doesn't end on II. I highly recommend it. It’s faithful to the gameplay elements of the first game and gives you more to play with. If you haven’t played the first game, go do it. If not, don’t worry, the game has a fully voiced recap at the start of the game

I was afraid price-wise, but the game released at a fair price, and it can go even lower in time. Get it when you are comfortable with it. There is plenty of content here, being about 2 times as long as the first game.

Planet of Lana 2 Review
Planet of Lana 2 has, you guessed, a lot more Planet of Lana. New puzzles, new ideas, a bigger story that ties the events of the first game, more lively backgrounds, more ideas, tight controls, and amazing performance.

There are many impressive moments when characters shine more than just being beautiful decor. A lot of twists and story bits you learn, and even tying them together with the first game. Now, what does the III game have for us in store?

You discover Mui’s origins and its purpose. Discover more about the world and why the droids got here. You explore a vast world, learn, and feel things.
Damn, I almost learned their dialect, and I was imagining every line they said. The body language and tone are really well done.

The same soundtrack, becoming even more spectacular with orchestra segments recorded for a full vibe. You will find yourself humming the iconic game’s theme from time to time.

A lot of the moments that I felt dull in the first game are barely present here, and apart from the cave system, I was impressed with everything. Maybe I would have liked some moments with a bigger impact, like the ostrich chase in the first game or something that awes you apart from the story, but the chase/run segments were pretty well implemented.

I loved the jungle segments and all the new ideas introduced to the game, like the cube manipulation puzzles and water puzzles. The one I enjoyed the least was in the caves, when I failed multiple times at setting the trails of fire correctly.

Thank you for playtesting this. I barely managed to find 1 bug (For Devs: petting Mui while ordering it to jump on a flying drone, bricks my character, blocking me in petting stance).

The only actual negative thing I experienced was crashes because the game was running uncapped at... 900 FPS. I capped my FPS and haven't crashed since.
PLENTY of Auto-Saves, so even if you die, you will never have to remake puzzles. (For devs: I remember that in Chapter III: The Cure - Demoa segment, after or before collecting the 4th Hologram and dropping back in the water, the game autosaves under the water. When I quit the game and loaded back in, I loaded underwater, already dead. Have the save if you want to look at it.)

Huge thanks for letting me 100% the game without having to worry about the PERFECT Achievement that required you to never die. I feel that the first achievement tainted the game's casual experience and atmosphere. Now, there is no pressure, and I love that the Perfect has become Purrrfect, where you have to be sure to Pet Mui in between game segments.

I truly enjoyed it, and I am ready for more!

Minor Complaints and if Devs ever read this
The translation seems to be AI/Google Translate, so while I highly appreciate the interface being in my native language, I am pretty sure no one checked for it to actually feel made by a native.

There is a Collectable - Secret Hologram 8 in Chapter VII, Revenge, which was impossible to spot without a guide. The first game also had multiple collectables that were completely hidden unless you had a guide. I understand the need to explore outside the visual area or into obscure areas, but having it on the main path, fully hidden from view, is not cool. Also, some of the collectables were too spaced out from eachother.
