Been gaming for a good part of my life, to the level where I can confidently say that I understand all the types of games I play and see, and I can predict if a game is going to be successful or not.

I have accustomed myself to games since 2000 and I've been playing them since then on a regular basis. I have tried almost every game genre out there.

Occasionally I write reviews for the games I play and usually go overboard with the amount of writing I do for a review. I still go nuts if I am passionate about a game, disappointed, or hate it.

I mostly enjoy single-player story-focused games with great aesthetics and full of heart or engaging co-op loot/crafting-based games. That doesn't mean I won't play anything else, but this is my groove.

These are just a few of the games I played: https://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/id/Sapca11/games/?tab=all .

Awesome! And so glad that the game's story doesn't end on II. I highly recommend it. It’s faithful to the gameplay elements of the first game and gives you more to play with. If you haven’t played the first game, go do it. If not, don’t worry, the game has a fully voiced recap at the start of the game

I was afraid price-wise, but the game released at a fair price, and it can go even lower in time. Get it when you are comfortable with it. There is plenty of content here, being about 2 times as long as the first game.

Planet of Lana 2 Review
Planet of Lana 2 has, you guessed, a lot more Planet of Lana. New puzzles, new ideas, a bigger story that ties the events of the first game, more lively backgrounds, more ideas, tight controls, and amazing performance.

There are many impressive moments when characters shine more than just being beautiful decor. A lot of twists and story bits you learn, and even tying them together with the first game. Now, what does the III game have for us in store?

You discover Mui’s origins and its purpose. Discover more about the world and why the droids got here. You explore a vast world, learn, and feel things.
Damn, I almost learned their dialect, and I was imagining every line they said. The body language and tone are really well done.

The same soundtrack, becoming even more spectacular with orchestra segments recorded for a full vibe. You will find yourself humming the iconic game’s theme from time to time.

A lot of the moments that I felt dull in the first game are barely present here, and apart from the cave system, I was impressed with everything. Maybe I would have liked some moments with a bigger impact, like the ostrich chase in the first game or something that awes you apart from the story, but the chase/run segments were pretty well implemented.

I loved the jungle segments and all the new ideas introduced to the game, like the cube manipulation puzzles and water puzzles. The one I enjoyed the least was in the caves, when I failed multiple times at setting the trails of fire correctly.

Thank you for playtesting this. I barely managed to find 1 bug (For Devs: petting Mui while ordering it to jump on a flying drone, bricks my character, blocking me in petting stance).

The only actual negative thing I experienced was crashes because the game was running uncapped at... 900 FPS. I capped my FPS and haven't crashed since.
PLENTY of Auto-Saves, so even if you die, you will never have to remake puzzles. (For devs: I remember that in Chapter III: The Cure - Demoa segment, after or before collecting the 4th Hologram and dropping back in the water, the game autosaves under the water. When I quit the game and loaded back in, I loaded underwater, already dead. Have the save if you want to look at it.)

Huge thanks for letting me 100% the game without having to worry about the PERFECT Achievement that required you to never die. I feel that the first achievement tainted the game's casual experience and atmosphere. Now, there is no pressure, and I love that the Perfect has become Purrrfect, where you have to be sure to Pet Mui in between game segments.

I truly enjoyed it, and I am ready for more!

Minor Complaints and if Devs ever read this
The translation seems to be AI/Google Translate, so while I highly appreciate the interface being in my native language, I am pretty sure no one checked for it to actually feel made by a native.

There is a Collectable - Secret Hologram 8 in Chapter VII, Revenge, which was impossible to spot without a guide. The first game also had multiple collectables that were completely hidden unless you had a guide. I understand the need to explore outside the visual area or into obscure areas, but having it on the main path, fully hidden from view, is not cool. Also, some of the collectables were too spaced out from eachother.

Thanks! There are others who are better at me though - i avoid difficult games nowadays since i don't want to waste time to 100% them, hahah.

Also, i'm glad to have a fellow reviewer around. You seem to do a good job with your reviews yourself :)
