Nice concept, good map and was very excited to give this DLC a try. However after re-starting the campaign 5 times and disabling or switching every setting to low, the contact singleplayer campaign is unplayable on a top end PC. In some areas fps drops into the teens while the majority of the time the game runs at sub 30 frames. As stated above changing the render scale, turning the render distance down, changing resolution and basically all other settings disabled or low may have given a 1-4 frame increase.

The performance is so bad that i would just be happy if it could be locked to 30 fps so that it would be playable but right now this is an abysmal mess and it upsets me i have to leave a bad review on a game iv'e enjoyed for years, and while performance has never been Arma 3's strong point, i have a hard time understanding how Bohemia could let something of such low quality leave their studio for people to purchase. If there are efforts to improve this issue i will change my review but for now, stay away.

When a game with complexity such as ARMA 3 compels you to play more than 2k hours while the majority of the time played was sub 60 fps on a top tier rig and you dont care=you know its a damn good game
