Awesome game, the guns feel good to use, tons of them to pick from, missions are fun and the enemies make sense and aren't frustrating to fight against. Also, so far the updates are looking to just be free, the DLC are cosmetic only.

Got it as a gift, extremely fun game, combat is fun, the weapons are cool and the hordes being extremely dense is awesome, plus it runs on basically any PC you can buy these days without issue. Would 100% say get the aftermath edition since that's 10$ for a massive boost in content.

Gonna have to give this a bad review for it seemingly being abandoned. Was a fun game, but better games have come along since this one was released, and unless the dev returns and fixes bugs, releases content for the game as promised, and does something to restore hope, this is a dead game.

Awesome game, updates fixed a lot of the issues I had with it. Runs well, even on my aging machine, keeping at 60fps on a GTX 1660ti 6gb, even with high textures and medium settings.

Gonna lose like 5k hours of my life to this game, so yeah, it good.

The most dangerous thing this game contains is your own friends, because a bear will slap you, a rock wil bust your RV, but your friends? Only they can give you brain damage via shaken baby syndrome.

Get it and play it, the game is extremely cheap, the devs are active as can be, and the game is amazingly well tuned for being such an early version of what I'm sure is gonna amazing with more and more content being added. The game is even gonna have full mod support, and that alone should peak the interests of people. Friend gifted it to me after we played the demo, and the demo, as limited as it was in terms of locations and items, got us HOOKED.

10/10 coop experience. 10/10 visual design. 10/10 World design.

Honestly, wanted to give it a positive, game is great and loved it years ago, but coming back to it? Servers are almost dead, constant names like "e2312321321gh33" with exactly 2 hours and nearly perfect aim, and nearly constant insults in the all chat at the smallest thing, such as killing a "skilled" player who happened to rush into a room with 4 people looking at them.

Leaping around corners while spraying = "skill". It's constant, and hipfire not suffering badly for it means you will die unless you spam jump and crouch. It's similar to CoD tactics you see in "modern" titles, jitter your hitbox asap or die.

Community servers seemingly always pamper vehicle users. I have legit seen 2 cases within a week of people being banned for using laser-lock weapons and soflams, because butthurt vehicle users dislike getting their 60+ killstreak ended.

AEK. That's it, that's the complaint, it was never nerfed and it's basically worthless to use anything else unless you're planning to use a DMR or LMG.

Server rules can range from "we don't care, cheat if you want, just don't tell anyone" with the amount of headshots you will take from a deagle at 400 meters, to "if you use the wrong weapon, which we do not have disabled, not listed, you will get permabanned" and you can't tell unless you join their god forsaken discord servers.

Lastly, the insane amount of new accounts alone that I've seen, with barely level 10, rushing around with any weapon with recoil just spraying down 5 people in a room withing 1.5 seconds is insane. There is no way, at all, that 50 new accounts from the sale within around 3 days were all "old pros" or this cracked at hitting headshots. The sale absolutely boosted the number, but with how useless server admins are these days? yeah nah, you aren't gonna see them gone anytime soon, even with clear cheats.

Honestly, really good game, feels good to play, has a nice set of weapons, unlocks are as simple as playing the game. Absolutely worth the sale price it keeps going up for as well, as little as 2$ and a lot of the time it's only like 5-10$
