Tried to renew my subscription they were more than happy to take my money but over 12 hours later the launcher still won't let me into the game saying "this account doesn't have valid license".
Not a good look for a game that has so many monthly players, how can you not have a decent turn around on account activation? I canceled my subscription with 29 days left cause I got tired of waiting for a response from customer service.
