People pissing themselves about cosmetics they got 10 years ago in a game they haven't played since high school, what could be better?

Unabashedly Kirby. It IS short, you can definitely finish the game in one sitting, but it's fun and it feels good to play.

Coop stopped working after upgrading friends' computer's CPU, tried every solution on the internet and nothing worked. They cannot connect to me on their main character or new character, both of us starting over and trying. If I connect to them the connection is terrible. We're sitting next to each other on the same internet both on ethernet, there's no reason this should be happening.

Great game, played it almost since launch. I'm just upset that they're censoring stories, removing artwork from the digital art book, and removed the Soviet announcer more than 10 years after the game was released.

I've been playing Monster Hunter for years, first one I really played was 3 Ultimate on 3DS and I've been hooked ever since. World is much different than the main series, most notably that it's easier. But that doesn't take away from the fun, as well as the challenge of the "new" monsters being released.

Some examples of it being easier are SOS Flares, abilities being simplified, and the mobility + slinger. SOS Flares basically allow you to hop into any quest and if you're in trouble or just want a hand, you shoot off a flare and anyone from any server can join your game. Previous titles, you went in the quest and whoever was there was all you had. Abilities are much different in this game, mainly that it's just simple. Instead of having to get Attack +10 to get Attack Up (S), you just put on armor pieces that have the abilities you desire and you instantly have it. The mobility in this game is nuts compared to previous titles, you have a grapple hook that makes getting around the map MUCH easier, as well as (for some reason) you can fast travel all around the map to camps you discover. Fast traveling creates the problem of an old feature being obsolete. Being placed randomly in High Rank is now completely pointless because you can land, pull up your map, and fly to the camp you intended to land at.

My only real gripe is that they've been having PC catch up with console very slowly, but they have been posting updates more frequently as of late.

Overall, great game and I love it.

After ~16 hours of playing the remaster, I finally ran into a full-on hacker. Helping a guy out towards gargoyles, invaded by "Do you know de wae?," guy literally flies up to the host and instantly kills him, then does the same to me. All of my armor was broken + had egg sack on my head so I had to backtrack all the way down to Blighttown to get rid of the eggs.

A huge bummer, considering that's ruining the game for people trying to get into DS1. Keeps people from wanting to play :\

It's a good remaster, despite that I am having fun with the game. But I'd mostly recommend it online if you know what you're getting into and have played DS1 before. Otherwise I'd stay offline if you're playing DS1 for the first time.

Early Access Review
Apparently updating an early access game after a year classifies it as "not abandoned"

lol

I'm up to Dyna, I plan on completing the game but I felt this was somewhat necessary
The first 3 stages (counting the tutorial), the game has been running fine. Smooth 60 fps, sound playing correctly, that kinda thing. I get to Dyna, specifically the boss fight but a little drop prior, and I get a horribly jittery 20-40 fps with choppy sounds playing as well. The longer the fight went on, the worse it seemed to get.
Other than that, the game does seem okay. It's very challenging. I'll update this once I finish the game.

Early Access Review
EDIT
This was a not recommended, but at some point they fixed the issues with the servers I was having. It's great fun, I typically play alone so I'm not able to say much about the multiplayer.

The game's cool, well put together, and overall pretty fun, especially if you liked the first DD.
But I have to wait 5-10 minutes in order to get into a private game due to little server issues, my most recent was them making space in the server and to wait a few minutes.
I like the game, but I hate the way the servers work. Specifically, the fact that it's on a PRIVATE server, I still have to wait as though I'm in a public server.
