Hard learning curve for new players, matchmaking feels so unbalanced going up against people with high gear score, and the fact buying different races gives you different stat boosts and weaknesses is pretty silly. Especially being in low level dungeons and having to fight lizardmen with much higher protection to headshots, which had I not visited the shop I wouldn't have known.
What's slimy though is how you have to buy male and female skins differently, $8 respectively to each. $16 in total if you want to switch your gender for a skin you already paid for?
PvE is great, super fun, if this game was just that I wouldn't mind, but the PvP aspect really kills the game for me. Doesn't feel balanced nor fun.
