Hello Game Developers,

I am writing to report a serious bug in your game, Insurgency: the BattlEye anti-cheat software is preventing the game from loading properly.

Even after closing the game, this issue renders the operating system unusable, forcing me to press the physical reset button on my computer case to restart. Upon restarting the computer and trying to enter the game again, the same error occurs, causing the computer to crash and restart.

While there are explanations in the Steam discussion forums on how to bypass the anti-cheat, successfully launching the game this way prevents me from joining servers that have anti-cheat enabled, including your official servers.

I sincerely hope to see an update from you soon to fix this.

再次重開電腦進入遊戲後也是一樣導致電腦會抱錯重啟 雖然steam討論區有解說如何繞過防作弊

能成功開啟遊戲 但他不能正常進入 有開啟防作弊的伺服器以及您的官方伺服器 希望能看到您的更新
