Megafun!

Absolutely worth your time and money! Cars might seem unwieldy at first, but as soon as you realise that to drift you shouldn't let go of the accelerator, you can start having fun :D

The AI isn't too egregiously aggressive and the tracks are fun. My only complaint is that Time Trials don't start you at max speed, and this makes you waste a LOT of time when trying for a best. I think it's a huge oversight.

Achievements are really fun as well. And even those that aren't all that fun (unlock/buy all customisation options) kinda are, by pushing you to use different cars and by giving you a nice sense of accomplishment with the achievement-progress popups :)

Love the game! Lots of charm, great soundtrack and of monumental importance for the genre.

But it's unstable, bug-ridden and plagued by poor design choices that ultimately make playing the game a very frustrating endeavour, most of the time.

And many achievements are bugged as well.

Nowadays, just get Rebirth (Repentance). If you're curious and want to try this one, there's demos and free browser versions you can find online :D

It's just fun

First game I ever bought. Childhood-defining masterpiece :D

After playing it for years on my phone, it's time to do it all over and try to get 100% achievements.

Very fun hidden gem of a game. Nice combat, enjoyable exploration that is always rewarded, and good challenges in the achievements.

I got it in a bundle many years ago, and I keep coming back to it from time to time.

Better than Dark Souls 1. Although I might be biased because it was my first Souls game.

Amazing and fun game, unless you like achievement hunting. In that case, prepare for trouble, and make it 3h straight per arena for a total of about 9h. That is if you cheese, otherwise it's more like 4-6h per.

But otherwise, love the game!

Great if you know nothing about vtubers/Hololive, awesome if you do.
