i just reset my achievements to start a new 100% run, but none of them are unlocking when i reach their unlock conditions anybody knows how to fix this? im not sure whether its a steam problem or if its the game's

I will be brief, I am trying to get all the boss's sets and line 'em up to play with my friends, I just realized that the color schema for the 1st of the two Ice-Beak assassins is... Unobtainable?! I have been looking hell and back for it and there is absolutely nowhere where I can find it. Why would the developer team show us a schema that can't even be obtained?! I know this game is probably NEVER getting an update but it would be really nice to have it, if anyone could help, it would be awesome....
