This is such a fantastic game. There is so much to love, from the intense combat, to the sick combos and abilities. The art style is like Borderlands meets Darkest Dungeon, meets God of War. Absolutely captivating craftsmanship in the cinematics and animated-photo-style cinematics. The story is a bit trope-heavy, with most characters being pretty classic anime characters. Without spoiling, one of the female bosses has a crush on someone, and acts essentially like a yandere character, which I have seen countless times. I have no specific gripe with relying on character tropes for storytelling, however, I did find myself pretty much knowing every character by their second line of dialogue. Other than some of these tropes, I found the story compelling. Khazan's anger is palpable in many scenes, and there were a few times I got chills. The gameplay is incredible. I loved the gameplay a lot, and found it to be decently challenging. One of the coolest things this game does is reward players for challenging bosses, even when they do not win. It is so fun to know that, while stuck learning and learning a boss's attacks, parry windows, etc; I am still progressing. Granted, the gains are not crazy, but enough to feel like, despite losing over and over, I am still getting better.

As for difficulty, I played on expert and chose not to use this game's NPC summons because I wanted the achievement. There were many moments where I was so in awe of certain boss attacks, genuinely at a loss due to the sheer intensity, that I thought I would never be able to learn how to avoid them. Eventually, for (almost) every one of these moments, I learned how to survive them. This was incredibly rewarding. Compared to other titles I have played, namely Sekiro and Elden Ring, I did not find Khazan to be as difficult.

Super fun game, I suggest buying it! Plus they have the ability to adjust the difficulty, so if you want a more hack-and-slash type of vibe, as opposed to the traditional souls-like suffering, go for it! The art is worth it! Great job to the developers, I look forward to what they do next :)

I am not typically into difficult games. During the whole "Getting Over it" phase online, I was never once interested in trying it, as I play videogames to relax and have fun. However, when I saw the art for this game and a trailer, I was immediately hooked. I got frustrated a few times but the art style of the game kept me invested and wanting more. This is truly a splendid game.

This was a great experience! I really enjoyed myself. It was fun to go through and get different endings as well as hunt for achievements. This game is very meta and self aware and if that kind of thing turns you off I understand. I however, found it hilarious! I loved all the little in-jokes, references, and "guests". I enjoyed dating Huntress the most. This game has deepened my appreciation for BHVR. If you're still not sure, I will say I am not typically someone that plays games like this, and if I do, it's for trading cards, however, I can with 100% certainty say I enjoyed the hell out of this game. Thank you BHVR <3

I have never been into games like this as I primarily play competitive FPS games, but I have had so much fun playing this with my friend. This game is exciting and interesting, the guns feel awesome. I love all the different weapons and variations, and while it does eventually wear out its welcome, I am sure this is a game I will be coming back to and binging on a regular basis. Truly amazing. Much love to the team behind this <3

Although flawed and struggling with an overly toxic community, Siege is a great game and a lot of fun. People ♥♥♥♥ on the game a lot, complain about hitboxes, mechanics, etc; but Siege is a miracle of modern game design. The operators all have their flow, tons of abilities and lots of creativity at your disposal. They have destructable environments, incredible coding when it comes to the vast amount of gadgets and technicality that goes into everyone, like two operators who's images are hidden from cameras, and other incredible things.

I found that my aim was never the best as I have switched from a mouseball to a regular mouse in recent years, but I was still able to achieve relatively high rank due to the fact that Siege is not completely reliant on your aiming abilities. I was able to regularly secure kills with gadgets, traps, utilities, and angle holding. The guns in this game feel incredible and there is quite some variety.

The game is hard to get into for new players due to toxicity and the fact that there is so much to learn. It may be daunting, but I have had incredible fun and felt rushes of adrenaline like no other game thus far. I honestly think Siege could be marked as a horror game or psychological thriller, it can be very tense and scary at times. There are issues with the Ubisoft launcher which can sometimes requires the game be restarted which you only find out when you've joined a lobby which can be quite infuriating. Despite these shortcomings, I love this game. I love the developers, the art team, the programmers, everyone involved is doing such an amazing job with this game and keeping their heads up among waves of criticism. If you look at any given R6 Tweet, even if it's something really cool they're adding, there are swaths of people moaning about "fix X, fix Y, fix Z" which can be disheartening because it really is a great game.

Again, one of the hardest things to get over is toxicity. However, as a more mature player I have learned to accept that sometimes your teammates will be mean, sometimes you won't play well, you won't win every game, and that if I'm playing the game to fill some sort of feeling or victory or power, I might as well not play. When I play for fun it is much easier to overlook some of these issues because yeah, it's just a videogame.

Awesome game I love the fun of running into a bank, shooting some mother f:Dkers, stealing stuff, shooting some more mother f:Dkers, then running away like a badass.
