APB Reloaded is not pay to win. after 2000 hours playing it i can honestly say that you have just as much chance with the default gun as someone with a paid reskin. its a skill based game. your gun is merley situational and you just have to improvise and overcome it. only noob's in APB claim its P2W. i have ''paid'' guns and honestly an N-Tec does everything they can. sometimes better.
