"Yeah it was green onion chives, I did two bits of it so like 8 sprigs, 3 1/2 pounds of russet potatoes, 6 sweet green bell peppers, a pound and a quarter of baby portebella mushrooms that I cut into thirds, 2 pounds of carrots, 8 ounces of sweet peas, and green beans cut french style so diagonally. I added 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 cups of merlot red wine, 1 tbls red wine vinegar, 2tbls smoked paprika, 1tbls dark chilipowder, 1tbls of garlic powder, 1/2tbls of mustard powder, and a 1/3 cup of black lava salt. I took a nice rib roast like 4 pounds and cooked it all together in a pot for 2 and a half hours. The meat just fell apart at the fiber."
