Their "amazing" customization is just a whole (and when I say whole is a whoooooooooole) item cash shop where almost every item cost 5~10$ to unlock. Besides that you get like 2 hairs, some ugly rgb colors and thats it. Oh I almost forgot, STOP CALLING THIS MMORPG AND MMO, THAT GENRE DESERVE AT LEAST SOME RESPECT.
