People who say it isn't like Frostpunk are delusional. The biggest difference is that you can move your city around. Kinda tough, very unforgiving, but the easy mode isn't too bad. Also has rad cut-scenes and a banging soundtrack. One of my only issues with IXION is the tech tree is pretty unbalanced. Check out the VOHLE jump scene on youtube if you aren't planning on buying the game, it's pretty cool. IDK if I would buy it at full price, but on sale its more than worth it.

Incredible FPS with fine-tuned movement and shooting, just know that valve has abandoned it and the official servers are infested with bots. Play on community servers, for your own sanity's sake.

Incredible game, and character progression has insane amounts of depth. Would recommend, 9/10.

Fallout 4 is an excellent example of the failings of modern Bethesda without actually being a failure itself. This game is super simplified compared to Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, most noticeably in it's dialogue. Fallout New Vegas's Dialogue was super varied, in that you could choose one of many answers, that each ranged greatly in what type of answer they were (goofy, knowledgeable, aggressive, lawful good, cold, etc). In fallout 4, you get 4 choices, and the answers are good, evil, and then 2 useless answers that are basically the same answer worded differently. It makes no sense at all why they would do this, outside of just trying to dumb-down their game, or being plain lazy (probably both). This makes the game feel a lot more lifeless, and makes you care less about the factions and characters that used to be so fun. That being said, Fallout 4 improved on the previous games in many ways. The greatest improvement being the gunplay. I mean, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Fallout 4's gunplay is just incredible. Leagues better than the previous games. Another thing that was great is the new legendary system, which is a staple in a lot of role playing games. The way mods work was meh for the most part, but I think the mod progression was pretty good. The stat system was a good change in my opinion (others may disagree, but hey, whatever floats your boat), because in Fallouts 3 and NV, the build you started with was more or less what you were stuck with. In Fallout 4, you can do whatever you want, which creats much more flexibility through your playthrough. So, if you're thinking about buying this game, do it. I would probably wait for it to go on sale, but if you buy it, make sure to get the nuka world DLC.

I bought this game a long time ago, and played with a few friends (it's designed to be played with friends and alone). It's quite fun, but also a somewhat hard. The problem is, it's not online friendly at all. It has no cloud saving, and you have to use third party software to play with friends online. It also has some polish issues that will never be fixed, such as the inventory being to small, crafting can be annoying (it is all done in your inventory, leading back to the inventory issues), and not being able to take your time in the stages is annoying (this is more of a personal gripe though). I would absolutely recommend (especially on sale) this game for solo and co-op play, but if you are not playing locally then just know what you are in for. Hope this review is helpful.

Early Access Review
So, this game was perfect- before the most recent update. After this last update thet put in, it is comletely pat-to-play.

1). They changed around the currency system so that now, you don't get any currency after a battle. Now, you get a crate that gives you 4 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ part (8 if you buy premium) that you can recycle for the new currency.

2). They de-valued everything so that now, if you want to buy a pre-built bot, you have to play many, many games to even get enough currency to buy THE FRAME for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bot.

3). The grind was real before the update, but now there isn't even a point in grinding. If you want results, just buy your way through the ladder.

TL:DR Pay-to-play AF. If you really, really love this game, just buy all your ♥♥♥♥. I really used to love this game before the update. FIX IT FREEJAM.
