Let's get this out the way first. Tekken 7 is a great fighting game. There are a ton of cool characters, the music and sound design is fantastic, and overall the game feels good to play. There's a lot to learn when it comes to Tekken, more so than any fighting game out on the market. But if you're looking for a fighting game to learn and dedicate your time with, Tekken 7 should be that game easily. The netcode isn't half bad either.

Despite that, Tekken 7 is honestly not a game for casuals since there's basically nothing here for a casual player. The story mode in this game lasts about an hour or so and won't make even the slightest bit of sense unless you played previous Tekken games (which unless you use emulators, aren't on PC). Even if you are a Tekken veteran, the story is mostly boring and uneventful until the very last fight, and at that point you're basically done with the entire story mode.

Tekken 7 does feature some extra modes you can play offline, but unlike say, Mortal Kombat, I wouldn't really recommend buying the game or its DLC (since one of the modes is stuck behind DLC) for any of the modes.

Tekken 7 also doesn't have feature a tutorial. This might not seem like a big thing until you realize Tekken is literally one of the hardest fighting games to learn. Every other modern fighting game has a tutorial that teaches players the basics of the game. In Tekken 7, there's literally nothing here, so new players will literally have to google even the most basic things to get anywhere in this game.

I still recommend this game for anyone looking for a great fighting game, but if you're a casual, I'd probably stick to Mortal Kombat and Injustice since those games offer way more content anyway.

Destiny 2 is a fun game, and can even be good at times. With it going free to play, it's worth a shot. However, as of right now, Shadowkeep is not worth the money.

The campaign is around 7 missions long, with a strike thrown in there. The campaign itself is around 3 hours long, which is nothing new for Destiny, but the content itself is lackluster. One quest is literally kill 100 Fallen; another is do lost sectors. Compare that to Forsaken, where you get a completely new area to explore and all the missions have you take on these bosses with their own gimmicks. Shadowkeep does not give you that, it gives you MMO busy work through out most of it and when the story finally gets good (final campaign mission) it ends abruptly and basically tells you to go do the raid. Months of hype for one mission.

The strike is cool, but aside from it being somewhat longer than most other strikes, it doesn't do anything new.

One of the newer activities in the expansion; Vex Offensive is actually really fun the first few times you run it. Vex Offensive is basically another horde mode where you beat waves of enemies. Problem with Vex Offensive is that it gets pretty boring really quick and the loot you get from activity are sparse (1 armor set and handful of weapons that have reused assets from Curse of Osiris weapons)

For the hardcore and dedicated players, Shadowkeep is more of the same, if not just inferior to Forsaken at the moment. However, for the casuals, I can't recommend this. There just isn't enough content right now to justify a $35 price tag. If you don't already have it, buy Forsaken instead and wait for this to either go down in price or for more content to be added.
