Dude, don't give up. I know discord support is crap but try not to create to many tickets. I suggest going to the discord help reddit. I made a post there not too long ago so I think it's worth giving it a look

Novi, hey! I got hacked by the person who was controlling your account. I just got it back today. I talked to the person who has a hold of your account and it's no longer the hacker controlling it. Someone bought your account. I'm trying to see if I can get it back for you by negotiating with this guy
