Ill admit, i'm not all that good at this game, i am often outplayed by much better players, but i'm getting there. CSGO is a very different type of shooter to you COD's and Battlefields. It is all about tactics and skill. All weapons are available from the start, ensuring an even playing field. Further more, the games weapon system works off money: you get money for getting kills, attacking and defending objectives and winning or losing (Obviously more for winning). The game is permadeath each round. If you die in a round you cannot respawn until your team either wins or loses the round.
It's very team oriented game and you feel awesome when you pull of a flank on the enemy team and take out four guys, or successfully complete a rush with your teammates by using stuff like flashbangs and smoke.

For those who don't like objective play theres your generic Deathmatch and Armsrace (a Gun game type game mode), but the game really shines in its defuse gamemode, especially in competitive mode.

Overall CSGO is a fantastic shooter i have only recently adopted and now wish i had sooner.
I cannot recommend CSGO enough and have had so much fun with it so far.
P.S: I would highly recommend playing with friends or people you know.
