Engaging casual extraction shooter in solo queues, but very pvp focused in larger queues, would recommend to anybody of any skill level

I run into sleepers with a long range flashlight and die.

Die. Die again. Learn a little bit. Die again after 3 hours of grinding. Die again. It's a death simulator but it's somehow so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun and it keeps me wanting to try again.

With a combined total of probably 300 hours into Stardew, I can comfortably say that this might be one of my favorite comfort games ever. Back when I got my PS4 in around i wanna say... 2017, I got Stardew Valley along with Terraria. I saw one of my favorite youtubers had played it, so I got it, and then proceeded not to really touch it for two years. This game has since had a grip on me. There's such a variety of content in the game yet it all somehow seems to flow together. Whether I was playing solo, or with a friend (or lover), the game still felt just as fun.

The farm life just keeps calling to me. I always end up getting the urge to play this game, and just do whatever. Each season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) has an event that feels fun, or allows you to progress your relationship with a character. The relationship between characters is really nice, as each character has several cutscenes to help you learn more about them as you level up their relationship. A good chunk of the NPCs are able to be romanced, and even if you can't, they still have cutscenes that can shape their character.

The things you can do in this game are great. The combat feels nice, and it blends in really nicely with mining. Fishing is fun (for the first time in gaming ever it feels like), and it feels like a lot less of a slog than other games. Foraging is probably the weakest part of the game, but that's not really something you seek out. Farming feels nice, and helps bring the farm life together that much more, with having something to do almost every day.

This game has been a big part of me, and I've played it with almost all of my lovers. It's always a fun experience and I can't wait for the next time that I decide to pick this game back up. The game always feels fun and fresh, even if I've done all the stuff before already. Nothing ever seems to get stale, and I seem to find out more and more about this game.

While fun, you'd be better off spending your money on something like a different party pack. There's really only one game that stands out.
