This game is such a treat. For the first 30 minutes I was terrified of what I was seeing then afterwards I was vibing. This is genuinely one of my favorite games now 10/10.

Here's the thing. This game is a PS1 classic that has good gameplay, a good story, and a god-tier soundtrack; however, my experience with the steam port of this game isn't perfect. When I started my first playthrough I had issues with the audio not coming through which hurt my initial experience. When I went to resolve the issue steam didn't do anything, it was only with the help of the community that I was able to make it work. Other than that the port is fine with an exception to the initial controls (hotkeys) which are a nightmare to deal with, just change them and you'll be fine. Once the audio was fixed I got to a certain point and my first PC died, leading to all my progress being wiped (other games still had saves, just not this one). I started it again and got pretty far, only for square enix to wipe my save file even though I created an account with them specifically so I could create backups. I ended up going to the PS1 version of the game to start a third playthrough. Overall, this game is seriously a must play so I'm still recommending it but keep in mind that there are other ways to play it. The game itself gets a 9.5/10, this version (along with steam/ square enix support) gets a 3/10.

WIth an absolutely beautiful soundtrack paired with stunning graphics, this game was a pleasure to play. I really enjoyed how you could start any of the character stories at anytime and switch them out to create an ideal party formation. I will say that the stories can be slightly generic if you are someone that is already familiar with the RPG genre, but nonetheless this game was fun and strategically challenging all the way through to the end. My one main issue with this game is that you can't open up purple chests unless you have Therion (Thief) in your party. Even if you have someone else have their secondary job as thief they will not be able to open them. I found this to be restricting as my main party did not include Therion and if I wanted to go back later on I felt that I was wasting my time. Overall, if you are interested in this game I recommend it, but wait for it to go on sale. I personally give this game an 8.5/ 10.

Notice: SC MEANS SECOND CHAPTER, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME BEFORE THE FIRST ONE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. This game was an absolute TRIP. Honestly, it should be no question that you already purchased this game after finishing the first. I remember that I had to go into work after completing the first game and I have never been so depressed and emotionally drained. This chapter opens on a hopeful note with a wonderful rush of nostalgia from the soundtrack as the sound directors brought in renditions of previous tracks from the first game. This along with the new additions of characters, reunions with old ones, and the sense of urgency with the main goals unveiled in the story; truly made this game a wonderful returning point into the series. Throughout my experience, I never had it crash on me which was a nice change from the first installment. The only real glitch that I encountered was with the second to last boss. It really wasn’t that bad, it wasn’t anything that was detrimental to your game ( The final battle with Loewe where it says retry, main menu, and continue. Apparently in the PSP and PS3 versions, you could skip the battle if it got too hard by clicking continue, but on PC all it does is restart the battle). Overall this game gave a satisfying ending to this portion of the story and I can’t wait to play the 3rd installment. I give this game a 9.5/10.

Notice: I just got done with the second chapter so I figured I would come back and review the first before going on to play the third. As someone who swears by the Tales series of games, this game provided an experience that was extraordinary. The characters were lovable, the gameplay and battle sequences were reminiscent of older classics, yet at the same time felt new and inviting. The soundtrack is one of my all-time favorites and even though a lot of tracks were revamps of others, every one of them set the tone beautifully and I never got bored with a single one. There are no words to describe the sheer depth of this game's story (even though it may seem pretty basic at first, don't worry you will get there). The battle mechanics are stellar and allow for really any combination of Artes and strategies that you would want. The only problem that I can say is that I did have a problem with crashing. Every three or so hours of gaming I would have to prepare for a crash, which didn't always come. Even when it did I never lost a lot of progress because I am a saver maniac and I get very paranoid anyway; however, this became a HUGE problem when it came to the final boss. I won't spoil anything obviously, but that fight put me in a position where I was playing for more than six hours straight on the same part with no opportunity to save. Needless to say, the game crashed and I had to start over. Even though this happened to me I started the section again because that's how good the story for this game is and I knew I had to play it through to the end. I wholeheartedly recommend this game for its amazing story, lovable characters, and pleasant battle mechanics. I give this game a 9/10.

Honestly such a wonderful experience and fitting end to the beloved Danganronpa series. Plot twists and character development kept me at the front of my seat the entire time and the new mini games introduced this time around kept trials refreshing (Split Opinion was the best, I loved watching the cut scene when it started). I'm very sad that this was the final installment to the series since I've been following it for some time; however, I can't say that I wasn't surprised during the last chapter. I definitely wasn't expecting THAT. Overall I feel like this was a nicely rounded game. The only drawback I found was that unlike the previous installments, V3 was set up so that the keystrokes matched a controller rather than a keyboard so the final arguments were very confusing and progressively got worse in the later portion of the game. Besides that set back I would give this game a 9/10. Also GONTA GENTLEMAN.

Okay here's the thing. If you think this next installment of the Danganronpa series is going to be anything like the first or second games then you are surely mistaken. It's not a bad game by any means, but it also isn't a masterpiece. When you play this you have to go into the mindset that this isn't the standard killing trial based game and expect a shooter. I personally had somewhat of a hard time adjusting to the gameplay because I had just finished Goodbye Despair a day prior, but as soon as I disconnected from the concept of the "normal" style of gameplay and only focused on the story from previous games it was a lot better. This game isn't really critical to play, but it is nice for a couple key points, especially towards the end. Overall I'd give this game a 6.5/10.

P.S Toko is best gorl

This is just such a cute and pure game (made by awesome people, might I add). This game is literally just as it appears. You date dads *cough* ♥♥♥♥ dads *cough* you ARE A DAD. Just dads being dads, telling dad jokes and trying to do their best raising their kids while kicking it to MAXIMUM DAD. In all seriousness this game has amazing storylines no matter which dad you end up with, beautiful art, and the best dad puns I could ever ask for. Overall I give this game a score of I'M HUNGRY/ HI HUNGRY, I'M DAD (9/10)

Honestly a well put together sequel to Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. Considering that sequels tend to fail terribly compared to the original, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair saves itself from that fate with it's story development (the final chapter had me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself with the flashback to the first game along with the computer glitching and I loved every bit of it) I didn't find the characters to be as lovable this time around and the walking mechanic was just plain weird, but overall the story build up especially towards the end really saved what could've been a raging dumpster fire. In summary I give this game a 7.5/10

Dead By Daylight is a strange case when it comes to online multiplayer games. On one hand the concept is very interesting and can be fun to play with friends; however, on the other hand the game was executed poorly. I bought this game on sale after a free weekend to play with friends about a year or so ago and honestly I've had some wonderful nights with it. The way the servers were set up kinda bugged me at first, but that didn't stop me from playing. Over time however I've felt that the game has gone slightly downhill. The style of the game is still fun, but with long lobby load-in times and high ping rates with killers cause DCs and an unfair environment to players, the game overall suffers as a result. I still do recommend this game for playing with friends because it is still a really fun experience; however, this game is sitting on a VERY thin line where I can also easily say that I don't recommend it. The choice is yours. At this time I give it a 5.5/10.
