Rather addictive. I dont usually spend much time on games but Ive spent over 50 hours in less than a week already, get home from work thinking about where im going to travel next. There's quite a bit of focus required, keeping in speed limit, watching the lights, and keeping a close eye on mirrors for other cars, those AI dont care at all for you!
The one thing that bothers me the most is how often you have to rest/sleep, been late to a few jobs because of having to rest one too many times.
However I would defo recommend, its relaxing, enjoyable, and addictive. Personalisation is great too!
