I went to Earth and caught Lung Damage from a toxic vent despite wearing a helmet and a fairly protective space suit. I then realized that none of my restoratives actually fixed Lung Damage, so I tried to sleep it off. A couple of minutes later having slept for multiple days didn't remove the effect, so I decided to go to New Atlantis and find a doctor. I spent nearly 40 minutes running around New Atlantis trying to find the doctor's office with a browser tab showing a fanmade map of New Atlantis.
