This man right here, he saved my life. Not once, but twice. Back in the summer of '84 me and the boys we had drank too much, you see, we had gotten our hands on some moonshiner's old supply, i dunno... anyway i was so drunk my eyes had unfocused and i'm walking near this train station, at some point i musta gotten separated from the boys. Now i thought the station was outta use but apparently the old station still had cargo trains coming in. My foot slips and, being drunk, I lose my balance, falling right onto the tracks. My ankle is stuck and my hands fee like 40lb weights. Then, i see the lights. It's over. I say my prayers and... he saves me. This SOB pulls my leg free and gets me out of the way just in time. I thank him, but he disappears into the night. The second time? Heh. The second time was in the Gaming World... and that's a story for another day.
