Once I was hacked, and they decided to use my account to use cheats in PUBG, after recovering it I spoke with the technical support of PUBG and after 1 month of supposed investigation they answered me that in that period of time they did not hack me and did not remove the ban.
Fortunately I was only banned from the game, I can play any game the VAC has.
